  2. Carissa and I found out last night the only food places open at 8:30PM on a Wednesday night in downtown Salem are La Perla, Indian Palace, and the food court at the mall. Way to come through in the clutch, La Perla!

  10. made whole wheat sugar cookies last night for the bake sale at work today. They are just a smidge grainy, but otherwise they taste just like normal sugar cookies. Experiment win.

  15. Digging out again. Drove/rode 3oo miles today to go on a college visit and almost couldn't get home the last 2 miles with the 8-10 inches of snow we got today. When will spring be here???? We did not even have the driveway all shoveled out after the last snow!
