Wow.. this sight made me realize that it is officially FALL! Julie looked soooo comfy and warm as she balled up on the couch this afternoon to take a quick nap. I had to snap a picture.She deserved a down afternoon since she gave blood earlier today.
And.. now that she is awake there is the wonderful smell of apple crisp in the air. It's baking now and will be ready in about 20 minutes! I love Fall!
The only thing missing was the first fire in the fireplace. Done!

Snow is a form of precipitation, a crystalline form of ice......Causing great pain & hardship to those receiving it!
So Julie, actually how cold was it that you thought you needed a blanket and a fire? Just curious if your cool weather is still our shorts weather???
So Tod, you still haven't turned the heater on eh? no wonder Julie needs to bundle up!
Today we only had a high of 72. It drops to the low 50's at night!!
Julie - the weather sounds wonderful! I think I need to leave the midwest. I would be wearing shorts on those 70 degree days!
vicki - you would be for the first year or so.. then you turn into what we refer to as a 'california wimpy'!
