Salem got snow; we got snow good! Sunday we got 3-4 inches of snow, the high the last two days hasn't gotten above freezing, and tomorrow we're forecasted to have more freezing rain and snow. But don't worry, they'll keep state offices open no matter what, so no one needs to worry about me getting bored or having too much time to have any fun. I sure you're all very relieved to hear that :D
padre, as an English major I feel it is my solemn and sworn duty to inform you that when creatively structuring a sentence you cannot use random words just because they rhyme. Something like "way to flow with the snow" or "way to know how to row with the flow of the snow" would have been more appropriate for the final portion of your comment. Next time it may be best to consult a certified English major in your area before trying to throw down some rhymage :D
for those of you that don't love poetry .. please allow me to decipher tod's last message.

i hope this assists the reader to understand the poetic intricacies of this work
Excellent point Aunt Joanne! I can affirm your suspicions since those are the exact words used by my padre last night on the phone to explain to me what his comment meant. Nice try, padre, but the jig is up! You got owned and pwned and otherwise shown, so please leave the rhymin' to the regulars (that's some legit slant rhyme and consonance just in case you were curious).
Tod and Julie are Empty Nesters! .. with two amazing kids (Joel and Hannah) that we simultaneously miss deeply.. and cheer madly as they blaze their own trails in life. Joel is married to Carissa and they have blessed us with two beautiful grandchildren; Ryan and Cailin!
